NHAI NOC Approval Process: Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Initial discussion and review of available documents
  2. Site understanding and visit (if required)
  3. Preparation of required drawings and application documents
  4. Submission of proposal on the official NHAI/MoRTH portal
  5. Payment of applicable government processing fees
  6. Follow-up with the concerned NHAI authority
  7. Handling technical queries and corrections
  8. Issue of Provisional NOC approval

Important: After issue of Provisional NOC, the applicant is generally given one year to complete construction. After completion, Final NOC may be applied. If construction cannot be completed in time, Extension of Time (EOT) may be required.
